A request does not confirm a contractor, quotation or appointment. Discuss the actual assessment, provider, timing and written scope separately.
If the problem is urgent
Describe an urgent replacement need in the request, but do not use an enquiry to wait for emergency help. For a gas smell, carbon-monoxide alarm or other immediate hazard, leave the hazardous area and contact emergency services or the local utility from a safe location as appropriate.
